11Kv Drive Installation
Lumwana Mine, Zambia
Supervision of a new MV drive at the mine.
Pre-commissioning of the drive and MCC panels.
Drive Replacement

Upgrade of all LV drives at the mine. All old Master Drives were replaced with new Siemens Sinamic drives. Replaced 37 drives in 14 days. Maintenance was also done on both the Ball Mill and SAG Mill.

Upgrade of the old Teleperm M system to PCS 7 H/F system. The upgrade was done in phases to incorporate the removal of one side and the implementation of the other.

Shema Power Lake Kivu is a Rwandese Independent Power Plant, who operate a 56MW Methane Gas to Power Generation plant. Assisted with the commissioning of the plant.
